Allow the full time: Appointments are booked with room to spare so the last nail gets as much care as the first.
Gel comes off by soaking: We never file gel off, because it thins the natural nail. Add a removal when you book.
Changes and cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice. Late arrivals may need a shorter service.
